Philippine RH Bill debate, part 3: rights of gays, lesbians, and transgenders

Even while ‘couple’ is said to be the primary target of the RH Bill, the term has not yet been disaggregated.  Common understanding is that ‘couple’ is a pair of male and female.  But increasingly now, ‘couple’ could mean female-female, male-male, and transgender and male.  These couples have each distinct reproductive health needs.

In it’s comprehensive meaning, reproductive health covers these couples.  Unfortunately, it is not made a salient part of the Bill.  Where is the LGBT community?  They’re not heard enough in the ongoing debate.
